Hand Shakes

I was told by a very important person that hand shakes are important. That they say a lot about a person. Especially the power hand shake. You know when someone pulls you in with a firm grip and grabs you with the other hand. They told me it is used to establish dominance. To show the person you just shook hands with that "I'm the boss... I'm in control." And I see how it can easily be taken that way, but when I grab hands and I mean that as a declaration. When I grab hands I just want them to know that I am strong but not heartless. That I am dependable that I am not just any other person or professional. Our hands came together for a reason didn't they? Aren't we meeting so that afterwords we both end up better off? I respect you and I ask that you respect me. I cant say anything else without sounding corny but honestly two hands meeting sounds romantic and in the case of two good men/people then I hope it is for something that I can't put into words but I am optimistic.
